Couples: The Power of Awareness Strength Building Workshop
Relationship building is a lifelong learning process. No matter how many years you have been married you are always learning about your spouse. Each of you are uniquely created with different natural abilities or strengths that are perfect for who you are. When you take the time to understand your spouse’s natural abilities you learn to appreciate them more, have fewer misunderstandings, communicate better and build a stronger bond together. You will not regret taking this coaching workshop as I will help you build a stronger relationship through the lens of strength awareness.
Session 1 will focus on understanding your CliftonStrengths report. I will give you an analysis of your report individually and collectively. You will discover the strengths you have in common and those that are opposite. You will gain an understanding of how strengths can be projected onto your spouse or children. You will also discover how you pull away from your true identity because of false labels and/or judgments made towards each other; which leads to living from strength counterfeits. Lasting, you will discover if there are any strengths in your relationship that you are minimizing because of hurt and/or not wanting to look prideful or arrogant.
Session 2 will focus on understanding the value you bring and what energizes you within your strengths. You will discover how the value or needs you have often lead to misunderstandings. You will learn about how your strengths serve each other, and how they show up in the roles within your relationship and you learn about affirming and appreciating each other through strength awareness.
The CliftonStrengths assessment 34 report will need to be taken before we meet. Sessions will be done through Zoom. I am not a marriage counselor but a strengths coach.
"I'm excited to see how much better my wife and I flow together now that we know exactly what the other needs. We're much more in sync now and ecstatic to keep moving forward." - David H.
Teams: Power of Strengths and Team Dynamics Workshops
A great workshop for leaders, managers, parents, and anyone who oversees a team of individuals.
Are you looking to better understand who is on your team? How do they relate to others or why do they make certain decisions? Are you desiring better cohesiveness and collaboration? How about better communication? Do you desire to understand why misunderstandings evolve or how to resolve conflicts faster? When you understand your team member's natural abilities you begin to see them through a different set of lenses. Where you are able to appreciate their natural strengths, learn how to best work together, and/or place them in positions that agree with how they are naturally wired.
The CliftonStrengths assessment 34 report will need to be taken for each team member before we meet.
The workshop can be through Zoom or in person. If in person, there will be additional costs for accommodation, mileage, handouts, and groups over 6.

The purpose of engaging employees is to provide a sense of belonging that reduces turnover, offers support, and helps with professional and personal development.
Employees spend a significant amount of time employed. How they feel at work often spills over into their personal life. Not thriving or being engaged at work often leads to feeling unsatisfied or unmotivated. These same struggles will show up at home. However, when an employee understands how their unique talent helps them to belong and thrive within the company. The satisfaction they feel provides confidence, hope, and purpose in all areas of their life.
Understanding who we are and where we belong helps us fit into our role with ease and excitement. Your employees are the glue that holds the organization together. They are the resources your company needs to thrive. Implementing strengths awareness is a great way to increase productivity and teamwork.
What does this look like? Meet with employees upon being hired (individually and with their team) and quarterly.
The CliftonStrengths assessment 34 report will need to be taken for each employee before we meet.

Purpose to help students understand how they are uniquely wired (their desires, passions, what makes them come alive). As students begin to understand their unique personalities and talents they discover how and why they build relationships, make decisions, influence others and get things done. With this knowledge, they can start to discover what they were created to do.
The journey from high school to college can be frustrating for students as they filter through what they want to do in life after high school. Some students are proactive in knowing what they want to do after high school and some struggle simply to get through high school.
I desire to help students understand their unique design (personality, gifts, skills, talents) to prepare them for their journey after high school. Helping them to discover what makes them tick, what makes them come alive, how they make decisions, interact with others, get things done and help them be more engaged in life.
